Measure of Damage: If found liable for any loss, Choice Solutions' sole and exclusive maximum liability for loss or damage to Customer's Goods is limited to $.50 (USD) per pound with a maximum liability of $100.00 (USD) per container, or $1,500.00 (USD) per shipment, whichever is less. Subject to individually determined rates or contracts that have been agreed upon in writing between Choice Solutions and shipper, if applicable, otherwise to the rates, classifications and rules that have been established by Choice Solutions and are available to the shipper, on request; By signing this order form, shipper agrees to be bound by all its terms and conditions.
